just watched the opening sequence to the movie SEVEN and instantly fell in love with the song in the opening credits, it seemed scary and hellish while still keeping a fast pace it also seemed quite distorted, perhaps this could be another idea for a song for the opening credits of our movie, we could easily make a similar song using Garage Band. here is the song in all it's glory:-

there are so many possibilitys for a supernatural villain to kill his victims, he could make their worst fears come alive, use telepathic powers, shoot lightning, blow people up, the list is endless! but of course we haven't got a hollywood budget so we can't afford many flashy CGI effects or props such as life-sized dummys to blow up/decapitate, so we need to keep it simple, although I personally find it more effective to not show how a person gets killed and to just leave it to the audience's imagination, although of course some people find it more effective to show the gore like in the SAW movies, you can't please everyone, so we might show the death then again we might not depends on what kind of equipment/props/software we have available to us, and it also depends on what the rest of the team think. especially since Ryan already has most of the ideas for the film anyway, we could stick with his ideas to save some time and effort, or we could tweak them a bit and add in a few more ideas of our own.

more ideas for scary clown villain

I've been practising an evil laugh for the clown but it could be even scaryer if it is recorded and edited a bit maybe change the pitch slightly and give it a more echoey effect to make it seem more demonic because after all this clown isn't a normal serial killer, he's basically an evil vengeful spirit so he should have an equally evil laugh:-

Him, an evil villain from an old cartoon show called the 'powerpuff girls' had a surprisingly threatening laugh and for a character in a kid's show was surprisingly scary, I was thinking that the clown's laugh should be sort of like this.

a few ideas for thriller sequence

I have been thinking about a theme song for the clown serial killer because after all every good villain needs his own theme tune here are a few ideas I was thinking about:-

maybe the song could be like this or like some sort of nursery rhyme for added creepyness. the slideshow used here is one I made myself during my spare time, I thought it would be a nice idea to make a song about the clown which describes what he does and what he wants.
